Batliwala vs. Batliwala case- I made efforts in High Court whereby Muslim lady can
prefer application under section 281 of Muslim Law for restitution of conjugal rights-
reported in Times of India.
Along with Senior Counsel Adv. Mr. Nitin Pradhan, I made efforts to provide justice in
rape case of minor girl of Village Karanja, Uran, Maharastrat at Appeal stage and
successfully got the order in her favor to be paid monitory compensation to her to settle
in future life which was reported in news papers and T.V. serial was made.
Ami Jagani’s case, deaf and dumb Girl was ill-treated by husband [ HIV+] was provided
justice so reported in Abhiyan, Gujarti Magazine.
I am on panel of Madhyasthi Committee of Kutchhi Visa Oswal community and solving
the marital dispute of my community since more than 15 years.
I rescued minor maid Rameshawari from her owner in my building Royal Classic,
Andheri who assaulted her brutally in the year 2012 hence I was in news channels, media.

Father's daughter's custody case wherein mother moved to India with child who actually a
declared by as award of UK Court, and illegally demanded custody ordered. Thus made
efforts to provide justice to the NRI Father.
Now after 32 years of my legal profession, I went back to college and successfully
completed Master’s degree LLM with outstanding marks 76% in 2021-222 academic year.
